Laboratory is an independent department.It plays a critical role in every production phase especially in dyeing section to maintain quality standard .
The company's ultramodern process house comprises the latest equipments and machinery in the world . Latest soft flow dyeing machine from FONG'S ( hongkong ) ,PMM ( turkey ) ,TONG GANG ( taiwan )
Total Dyeing Capacity: 40Ton / Day
Cutting Section First stage in line is the cutting section . In this section ,materials are cut in the pattern determined and designed in the previous section
- Our cutting division has 2 units
- Cutting capacity in cutting division is 2,20,000 pcs
We are capable to print various type including flock, discharge,
emboss and all types of stone and studes heat transfer and many special type of printing .
- Chest Print Capacity: 60, 000 Pcs / day ( 3-4 Color Print )
- Neck Print Capacity: 2,00,000 pcs / day
The 2nd stage is the sewing section.It has two steps.The 1st step being the sewing part uses various type of sewing machineries while in the 2nd step,
uses button hole and button attaching machineries to complete the making operation.
- Sewing Machines: 1280 no's (Pagasus , Juki , Brothers , Siruba)
- Sewing Line: 70 lines
At this stage products goes through various stages like removal of loose thread ,
folding etc & hanged with hanger & poly bag Garments finishing section is equipped
with steam press with vacuum table
- Our Finishing section has 2 units
- Finishing capacity Per / Day is 2.00.000 pcs

The QC team of IKGPL follows some international standards such as 4-point fabrics inspection system,Traffic light system AQL 2.5, needle detection report ,9-point quality check system and many more.
As well it always takes the advantages of GSM check reports and light box system reports etc.
